Do I need to remove the batteries to charge them?
No, the headlamp is equipped with USB Type C and is rechargeable. The battery is not replaceable. If you face any issues with your batteries, please reach out to our support and we will do right by you.
Does the headlamp fit on hard hats?
Yes, the adjustable headband can easily be adjusted to fit any hats, helmets and any head sizes.
What is the maximum beam distance?
The main COB LED can easily provide clear light up to 400ft. The XPE side beam can go up to 600ft.
Is it too bright for reading?
On high mode, yes. We suggest using the low light mode of the COB or XPE LED for reading or close interaction with people.
Will the wide beam blind everyone around me?
The wide beam is pretty strong and when you are surrounded by others, you can easily switch to the side beam feature for a narrowed light coverage. Don't forget both front and side lights are dimmable too.
Is the headlamp made for outdoor activities such as jogging, fishing or cycling?
Yes, the no-bounce IPX4 design allows for a comfortable experience when taking part in any sport activities. The headlamp would feel like it's part of your body instead of an external light source bouncing on your head.
