If any of the Visus products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at email@example.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 100 days of delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Return Processing Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process it within 3-5 business days.
- Refund Timeframe: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Return Period: After initiating a return, you have 15 days to send the item back to us.
- Support Processing Time: Our support team will work to process your refund as swiftly as possible, typically within the aforementioned 7-15 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
