If any of the Visus  products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 100 days of delivery.

  • Refund Timeframe: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
