If any of the Visus  products do not live up to their claims, just send us an email at info@visuslights.com and you will be able to claim a full refund, provided it is within 100 days of delivery. 

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Return Processing Timeframe: Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process it within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Timeframe: If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-15 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • Return Period: After initiating a return, you have 15 days to send the item back to us.
  • Support Processing Time: Our support team will work to process your refund as swiftly as possible, typically within the aforementioned 7-15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@visuslights.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@visuslights.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
